第一章 | Chapter One: 海からの贈り物 (Gift from the Sea)

能登半島の海岸に、塩田が広がっていた。

Along the Noto Peninsula coast, salt fields spread out.

四十八歳の塩美は、この地で揚げ浜式塩づくりを守り続けてきた。ふくよかな体は、潮風と太陽に鍛えられて逞しく、肌は塩で艶やかに輝いていた。

Forty-eight-year-old Shiomi had been preserving agehama salt-making in this land. Her full figure was tempered by sea breeze and sun, her skin glowing from salt.

「能登の塩は、海の命そのもの。私は、それを形にしているだけ」

"Noto salt is the sea's life itself. I merely give it form."

第二章 | Chapter Two: 潮汲みの朝 (Morning of Seawater Drawing)

料理研究家が、特別な塩を求めて訪れた。

A culinary researcher came seeking special salt.

塩美は彼を早朝の海へ連れて行った。

Shiomi took him to the sea at early dawn.

「塩づくりは、朝一番の潮汲みから始まります」

"Salt-making begins with drawing seawater at first light."

彼女の豊満な体が、海水を運ぶ桶を担いでいた。

Her voluptuous body carried buckets of seawater.

第三章 | Chapter Three: 砂撒きの技 (Art of Sand Spreading)

「この砂の撒き方に、三百年の知恵があります」塩美は囁いた。

"In this way of spreading sand lies three hundred years of wisdom," Shiomi whispered.

彼女は塩田に海水を撒き、砂を丁寧に広げていった。

She sprinkled seawater on the salt field and carefully spread the sand.

「太陽と風が、塩を結晶させます。自然の力を借りるのです」

"Sun and wind crystallize the salt. We borrow nature's power."

彼女の汗ばんだ肌が、夏の太陽に照らされていた。

Her perspiring skin was illuminated by the summer sun.

第四章 | Chapter Four: 塩の結晶 (Salt Crystals)

夕方、塩が結晶していた。

By evening, salt had crystallized.

「これが、能登の塩。海と太陽と風と、私の愛情の結晶」塩美は微笑んだ。

"This is Noto salt. Crystals of sea, sun, wind, and my love," Shiomi smiled.

彼女の温かい手が、一掬いの塩を彼に差し出した。

Her warm hands offered him a handful of salt.

「また、能登に来てください。季節ごとに、塩の味が変わりますから」

"Please come to Noto again. The taste of salt changes with each season."

能登の夕日が、二人の約束を照らしていた。

The Noto sunset illuminated their promise.
