第一章 | Chapter One: 玉龙雪山下 (Beneath Jade Dragon Snow Mountain)
丽江古城的一角，有一家不起眼的草药铺。
In a corner of Lijiang's ancient town, there was an unassuming herb shop.
店主和丽梅，四十九岁，是纳西族的草药传人。她身材丰满，穿着传统的纳西服饰，眼中闪烁着智慧的光芒。
The owner, He Limei, forty-nine, was a Naxi herbal medicine inheritor. Her figure was full, she wore traditional Naxi attire, and her eyes sparkled with wisdom.
"草药治身，" 她常说，"但真正的治愈需要用心。"
"Herbs heal the body," she often said, "but true healing requires the heart."
第二章 | Chapter Two: 寻医问药 (Seeking Medicine)
那个冬天，一位患有失眠症的深圳程序员来到丽江寻找治愈。
That winter, a programmer from Shenzhen suffering from insomnia came to Lijiang seeking healing.

"Modern medicine can't help me," he said. "I haven't slept well for three months."

Limei looked at his exhausted face and reached out to take his pulse: "Your problem isn't in your body, it's in your heart."
"我该怎么办？"
"What should I do?"
她微微一笑，丰满的胸脯随着呼吸起伏："今晚，留下来。让我为你调理。"
She smiled slightly, her ample bosom rising and falling with her breath: "Tonight, stay. Let me treat you."

"Can I come often?"

She turned and handed him a cup of hot tea: "Lijiang's doors are always open for you. Whenever you're tired, come find me."
