広島の繁華街に、一軒の小さなお好み焼き屋があった。

In Hiroshima's entertainment district stood a small okonomiyaki shop.

四十八歳の鉄子は、この店で三十年、鉄板と向き合ってきた。ふくよかな体は、自らの料理への愛の証。

「このソースは、誰にも教えとらん秘密のレシピよ」鉄子は囁いた。

"This sauce is a secret recipe I've never told anyone," Tetsuko whispered.

彼女は特製ソースを豪快にかけた。甘い香りが立ち上る。

She generously drizzled the special sauce. A sweet aroma rose.

「でもあんたには、特別に教えてあげようかね」

"But for you, I might make a special exception."

彼女の目が、鉄板の炎に照らされて妖艶に輝いた。

Her eyes shone alluringly, illuminated by the griddle's flames.

第四章 | Chapter Four: 閉店後の特別メニュー (After-Hours Special Menu)

閉店後、鉄子は特別なお好み焼きを焼き始めた。

After closing, Tetsuko began to make a special okonomiyaki.

「これは、うちが本当に作りたいお好み焼き。お店では出しとらんの」

"This is the okonomiyaki I really want to make. I don't serve it at the shop."

二人で熱々のお好み焼きを分け合った。
