烟台葡萄酒娘 | The Winemaker of Yantai

第一章 | Chapter One: 东方波尔多 (Oriental Bordeaux)

烟台是中国葡萄酒的发源地，被称为"东方波尔多"。

Yantai is the birthplace of Chinese wine, called the "Oriental Bordeaux."

海边最古老的酒庄由张蔓莉经营，四十九岁，身材丰满，是家族第四代酿酒师。

The oldest winery by the sea was run by Zhang Manli, forty-nine, with a full figure, a fourth-generation winemaker.

"好酒如好女人，" 她常说，"需要时间沉淀。"

"Good wine is like a good woman," she often said. "It needs time to mature."

那年秋天，一位法国的首席品酒师来评估中国葡萄酒的潜力。

That autumn, a French chief sommelier came to evaluate the potential of Chinese wine.

"张女士，" 他品尝着一款陈年红葡萄酒，眼睛亮了，"这酒... 有灵魂。"

"Ms. Zhang," he tasted an aged red wine, his eyes lighting up, "this wine... has soul."

蔓莉微笑着又倒了一杯，丰满的身躯被紧身的连衣裙包裹得恰到好处。

Manli smiled and poured another glass, her full figure wrapped perfectly in a fitted dress.

"因为这是我亲手酿的，" 她说，"每一滴都有我的心血。"

"Because I made it with my own hands," she said. "Every drop contains my heart."

"想看看我的私人收藏吗？" 那晚，她带他去了地下酒窖。

"Want to see my private collection?" That night, she took him to the underground cellar.

"这是我父亲酿的最后一批酒，" 她取出一瓶布满灰尘的红酒，"存了三十年。"

"This is the last batch my father made," she took out a dusty bottle of red wine. "Stored for thirty years."

她打开酒，倒了两杯。

She opened the wine and poured two glasses.

"敬时间，" 她举杯，丰腴的身影在烛光中格外迷人，"敬岁月。"

"To time," she raised her glass, her full figure especially captivating in candlelight. "To years."

酒入愁肠，她靠在他肩上："我一个人守着这酒庄太久了..."

Wine stirring emotions, she leaned on his shoulder: "I've been guarding this winery alone for too long..."

"今年的葡萄特别甜，" 她说，"会是一个好年份。"

"This year's grapes are especially sweet," she said. "It will be a good vintage."

他看着她丰满的身影在葡萄园中忙碌："我想参与这个年份。"

He watched her full figure busy in the vineyard: "I want to be part of this vintage."

"什么意思？"

"What do you mean?"

"我想留下来，" 他走到她面前，"和你一起酿酒，一起变老。"

"I want to stay," he walked before her, "to make wine with you, to grow old together."

她笑了，眼中闪着泪光："那这一年份的酒，就叫'相遇'。"

She laughed, tears glistening in her eyes: "Then this vintage will be called 'Encounter.'"

在烟台的葡萄园里，有些年份比酒更值得珍藏...

In Yantai's vineyards, some vintages are more worth treasuring than wine...
