南昌人的早晨从一碗拌粉开始,赣江边的这家老店已经开了三十年。

A Nanchang native's morning begins with a bowl of mixed rice noodles. This old shop by the Gan River has been open for thirty years.

老板娘叫万春燕,四十六岁,身材丰满,笑起来像江西的阳光一样温暖。

The owner was named Wan Chunyan, forty-six, with a full figure and a smile as warm as Jiangxi's sunshine.

"一碗拌粉," 她常说,"就是南昌的灵魂。"

"A bowl of mixed rice noodles," she often said, "is Nanchang's soul."


第二章 | Chapter Two: 清晨邂逅 (Morning Encounter)

那个春天,一位浙江来的网红美食博主来打卡。

That spring, a popular food blogger from Zhejiang came to feature her stall.

"万姐," 他吃完一碗意犹未尽,"这酱料太绝了,秘方是什么?"

"Sister Wan," he finished a bowl wanting more, "this sauce is incredible. What's the secret recipe?"

春燕笑着又给他添了一勺辣椒酱,丰满的身躯在晨光中散发着母性的温暖。

Chunyan smiled and added another scoop of chili sauce for him, her full figure emanating maternal warmth in the morning light.

"秘方?" 她凑近他耳边,"要用诚意换。"

"Secret recipe?" She leaned close to his ear. "You have to trade with sincerity."


第三章 | Chapter Three: 深夜秘方 (Late Night Secret)

"想知道秘方,就跟我来。" 那天晚上,她带他去了自己的小厨房。

"If you want to know the secret, come with me." That night, she took him to her small kitchen.

"看着," 她一边炒酱,一边解说,"这里面有二十多种配料。"

"Watch," she explained while stir-frying the sauce, "there are more than twenty ingredients in this."

酱香弥漫,她转过身,丰腴的身躯因为炒锅的热气而微微出汗。

The sauce fragrance filled the air. She turned, her full figure slightly sweating from the wok's heat.

"但最重要的一味," 她解开围裙,"是这个。"

"But the most important ingredient," she undid her apron, "is this."

她将他的手放在自己心口:"是用心。"

She placed his hand on her heart: "It's using your heart."


第四章 | Chapter Four: 每个清晨 (Every Morning)

"你会告诉粉丝秘方吗?" 清晨,她一边准备开店一边问。

"Will you tell your fans the secret?" she asked at dawn while preparing to open.

他从身后抱住她丰满的腰身:"我会说,南昌最美味的在赣江边,但秘方只有我知道。"

He embraced her full waist from behind: "I'll say the most delicious food in Nanchang is by the Gan River, but only I know the secret."

"那你要常来," 她转过身吻了吻他,"第一碗永远给你留着。"

"Then you must come often," she turned and kissed him. "The first bowl is always saved for you."
