Hornchurch Heat
"Estate agent Chioma shows houses for a living—but the thick Mozambican footballer's wife looking for a new home shows her that some properties come with unexpected benefits."
The budget was £2 million.
The client was bored.
Raquel, wife of a Premier League footballer, wanted a Hornchurch property that felt "exciting." Her thick Mozambican curves filled the designer clothing that screamed money. Her eyes said she wanted something money couldn't buy.
"Show me something different," she said.
"Different how?"
"Surprise me."
The fifth viewing was an empty mansion.
"Perfect for parties," Chioma noted.
"I don't want parties." Raquel moved closer. "I want to feel something. My husband travels constantly. I'm lonely."
"I'm sorry—"
"Don't be sorry. Help me."
Her hand found Chioma's waist.
"Mrs. dos Santos—"
"Raquel. And I know what I'm doing." She pressed Chioma against the master bedroom's bay window. "I've been watching you for weeks. The way you move. The way you look at me when you think I don't notice."
"This could destroy my career."
"Or make your commission very, very lucrative."
The empty mansion echoed with their sounds.
Raquel was demanding—used to getting what she wanted. She directed Chioma like a conductor, knowing exactly what she needed.
"There—yes—don't stop—"
Chioma didn't stop.
They christened every room.
The master bedroom. The guest suite. The kitchen island. The home cinema where Raquel's moans bounced off acoustic panels.
"I'll take it," Raquel announced afterwards.
"The house?"
"The house. And you." She kissed Chioma slowly. "You come with the property. Regular... inspections."
"Your husband—"
"Won't know. Won't care if he did." She shrugged. "We have an arrangement. Now I have an arrangement with you."
The house sold.
The arrangement continued.
Chioma's commission was substantial. The fringe benefits were better.
"Same time next week?" Raquel asked after each encounter.
"I'll check my schedule."
"Do. And wear that pencil skirt again."
Hornchurch's property market had never been more profitable.
Or more dangerous.
