The Physician's Daughter of Cairo
Chapter One: The House of Healing
In the shadow of the great Al-Azhar mosque, where scholars and students of knowledge gathered, stood the house of the physician Ibrahim ibn Yunus. And in this house lived his only daughter, Layla.
Layla was twenty-eight, a virgin who had not yet married, because she had refused every suitor. Her body was full like the Nile in its flood, her hair black as night, and her eyes brown as honey.
She learned the arts of medicine from her father. She knew herbs and their properties, and was skilled in dressing wounds and treating illnesses.
"My daughter," her father would say, "when will you accept marriage? I will not live forever."
"When I find a man who moves my heart, father."
Chapter Two: The Wounded Soldier
On a stormy night, the door of the house was knocked forcefully. The father opened it to find a man carrying a wounded person.
"This is my brother! He was injured in a battle against thieves!"
They carried him inside. The wounded man was thirty, handsome despite his pallor, with a deep wound in his chest.
"I will treat him," said the father. "Layla, help me!"
They worked throughout the night. Layla held the instruments and wiped the blood, her eyes never leaving the stranger's face.
"He will live," the father announced at dawn. "But he needs weeks to heal."
Chapter Three: The Awakening
His name was Saif al-Din, a commander in the Caliph's army. He awoke after three days to find Layla changing his bandages.
"Where am I?" he asked in a weak voice.
"In safety. In my father the physician's house."
He looked at her. He saw a beautiful face and compassionate eyes. He also saw a full feminine body that stirred buried desires.
"You are an angel who saved me from death."
Her face reddened. "I am merely a physician's daughter."
"No. You are much more than that."
Chapter Four: Intimate Care
Days passed, and Layla cared for Saif al-Din. She changed his bandages, fed him soup, and read him poetry.
One day, as she cleaned his wound, her hand slipped and touched his bare chest. She felt his heartbeat quicken.
"O Layla," he whispered. "Every time you touch me, I feel fire in my body."
"That is the fever. I will give you medicine."
"It is not the fever of illness. It is the fever of desire for you."
She looked into his eyes. She saw in them sincere longing.
"This is not proper. You are my patient."
"And you are my healer. Will you let your patient die of longing?"
Chapter Five: The Forbidden Medicine
One night when her father was absent, Layla entered Saif al-Din's room. He was sitting on his bed, his wound nearly healed.
"I came to examine your wound."
"The wound in my chest has healed. But another wound needs your treatment."
He took her hand and placed it on his heart.
"I love you, Layla. Is this love forbidden?"
"I do not know. I have never loved before."
He pulled her to him and kissed her. His lips were hot on hers. She opened her mouth to his tongue.
"Teach me," she whispered. "Teach me what the books did not teach me."
Chapter Six: Intimate Anatomy
He slid her gown from her shoulders. Her full body appeared in the candlelight.
"By God!" he whispered. "You are more beautiful than the houris of paradise."
Her breasts were large and round, her nipples dark brown. Her belly was full and soft, and her hips wide and enticing.
"Don't look like that!" she said shyly.
"How can I not look when you are the greatest thing my eyes have seen?"
He reached out and touched her breast. She moaned.
"Does it hurt you?"
"No. It ignites me."
Chapter Seven: The Delicious Surgery
He gently laid her on the bed and kissed her entire body. His mouth descended from her neck to her breasts to her belly.
"You are a skilled physician," she whispered.
"I learned from the best."
He reached between her thighs. He spread them and looked at her flower.
"The most beautiful rose in Egypt."
He licked her with his tongue. She cried out from surprise and pleasure.
"What is this?!" she cried.
"This is a treatment you have not read in books."
He continued licking her until she reached her peak, her body trembling and her mouth crying his name.
Chapter Eight: Complete Healing
"Enter me!" she pleaded. "I want to feel you inside me!"
He positioned himself between her thighs. His member touching her entrance.
"It will hurt you a little at first."
"I do not care. Take me."
He pushed himself inside her. He pierced her maidenhood and she became his.
"Ah!" she cried, her tears flowing.
"Should I stop?"
"No! Continue!"
He began to move gently. The pain transformed into pleasure. She began to moan with each movement.
"Faster!" she demanded.
He increased his speed. The bed shook and their bodies collided. Her large breasts swung beneath him.
"I... I...!" She could not complete her sentence.
They reached their peak together. They cried out in one voice and he emptied himself inside her womb.
Epilogue
Saif al-Din asked for Layla's hand from her father the next day. The father agreed with joy, for he saw in his daughter's eyes a happiness he had never seen before.
And it is said that Layla became the most famous physician in Egypt, treating ailments of the body and heart together.
